Festival of the Arts
Over the years Oligino Laux Construction has been chosen to do numerous improvements to the buildings and grounds of the Festival of Arts. Including construction of a new entry to the Irvine Bowl, new gift shop and remodel of the backstage facilities.
Bianchi Winery
The owners of Bianchi Winery purchased a commercial site on the corner of Myrtle Street and North Coast HWY in Laguna Beach, CA. They commissioned Todd Skenderian to design their new corporate offices, tasting room and event space. While working with Oligino Laux Construction to build it for them.
