Al and Michael are extremely competent builders and some of the best that I have worked with in both my professional and personal life. They are smart problem solvers, they stay focused on the big picture, and more than fully meet their commitments.
Our project was a remodel of our 1930’s Laguna Beach cottage. It included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the kitchen and the master bath; entire replacement of the electrical, sewer, and plumbing systems; installation of new skylights, flooring and windows; the reconstruction of the living room fireplace, and much more.
The work was well managed. The craftsmanship was elegant and impeccable. The project was a delightful success.
It is no surprise to us that some of Al and Michael’s best friends come from a list of their prior clients. they care, and it shows in their work.
